The main bodies of the QPHRN/RRSPQ are:

The founding charter outlines the roles and responsibilities of each of its instances (English version yet to come)

General Assembly

The General Assembly comprises all regular members of RRSPQ. It takes place once a year.

Its functions are notably:

  • to endorse the strategic priorities;
  • to approve the annual report;
  • to elect members to the Executive committee;
  • to recommend to the three Funding agencies, upon proposal of the Executive committee, the appointment of a Scientific-Director;
  • to modify the statutes and regulations of the Network's Charter.
