Résumé

Policies in economic sectors such as agriculture, commerce and trade are major influences on food systems, and are thus critical considerations in developing a comprehensive response to the double burden of malnutrition. But fostering innovation in non-health sectors to achieve public health goals presents a challenge because of the strong global goals, agendas and paradigms evident in economic policy making. This presentation will examine strategies to foster and scale up policy innovation through policy learning – particularly through reverse innovation, drawing lessons from policy change in diverse contexts and creating institutional spaces for innovation (SUIVI D’UNE DISCUSSION)
