Deux offres de bourses postdoctorales ou d’études supérieures sont actuellement offertes à l’Unité de recherche en éthique pragmatique de la santé à Montréal
Une première bourse est destinée à un stagiaire postdoctoral pour développer un programme de recherche orienté vers les dimensions éthiques de la recherche sur le diabète de type 1, notamment sur l’hypoglycémie, les nouvelles thérapies et technologies et les principales implications psychosociales. Les candidats ayant une expertise autre que celle de la bioéthique (ex. : science de l’implémentation ou recherche-action) sont invités à soumettre leur candidature.
L’Unité est aussi à la recherche de chercheurs postdoctoraux ou diplômés (maîtrise ou doctorat) souhaitant contribuer au développement d’une éthique pragmatique. Il sera possible de participer à l’élaboration de nouvelles théories et méthodologies éthiques au cœur du programme de recherche ou de travailler à l’un des nombreux projets plus appliqués visant à mobiliser des approches pragmatiques.
Two opportunities for postdoctoral work or graduate training are currently opened at the Pragmatic Health Ethics Unit in Montreal
A postdoctoral fellow will join an interdisciplinary team in developing a research program oriented towards the ethical dimensions of research on type 1 diabetes, especially on hypoglycemia, new therapies and technologies, and significant psychosocial implications. Candidates with expertise in fields other than bioethics (e.g., implementation science or action research) are invited to submit their application as well.
The unit is also in search of postdoctoral or graduate researchers (masters or doctoral) wishing to contribute to the development of a pragmatic ethics. It will be possible to take part in the development of new ethical theories and methodologies at the heart of the research program or to work on one of the many, more applied projects aimed at mobilizing pragmatic approaches.
